Return & Refund policy

At Designer Discoveries, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please keep in mind that the items are pre-loved and show sings of wear. Make sure you check the description of the product and the pictures before you buy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Return Conditions
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.

Return Process
1. Request a return: Contact our customer service team at info@designerdiscoveries.com within the 14-day period to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. Prepare your return: Safely package the item with all original packaging, tags and documents.

3. Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. Always make sure to send the package by insured post to ensure safe delivery.

4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions. If it doesn't meet the conditions, we are not able to refund.

Refunds
- After the inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. If a product is different from what was described or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims submitted after this time frame.
